Welcome to the Alaskan Dreams book tour. The working title for this book was “Love, Gold, and Goats” and that’s what it’s all about. Lauren has come to Alaska chasing her dream to be a goat farmer and cheesemaker, but she runs into financial difficulties. Her landlady suggests a possible solution: find a historical gold nugget rumored to be hidden somewhere on the farm. Patrick, the landlady’s grandson, eventually agrees to help, and the treasure hunt begins.
